Becasue no station around the world choose to show it therefor no one has a program to actually stream.

And i guess all the foreign channels have decided to show some games between lower league sides and give them a chance to make some extra money instead of getting a hard on over Premier league sides like some people do.

No because it is only one camera and that is for making the highlights.
Norwegian telly wanted to show the Cardiff match bt was not allowed because they do not have more than one camera.
