We've been playing some absolutely brilliant football. Little touches, passes. Amazing. BUT, the final ball is letting us down time and time again. I lost count of the amount of times we got into a good position, only to give the ball away with a sloppy pass.

This needs to be rectified for the second half.

We seem to be conceding alot of field position when pompey have the ball, do we really have 5 in midfield??? However going forwards cahill, yak, pienaar and ossie have played 1 touch fantastically well at times, but the final shots have been very tame. The pompey goal was luck, we just need to get the shots on target. Simple as.

Im all for 4-4-2 second half but id bring on Vic or Vaghan there centre backs are just to big for Johnson.

That goal we conceded was a flash back to the free kick we conceded against Brann in terms of Howard's positioning and reaction.
