Seen a lot of people saying Palace were negative.

What do you want them to do, go away to a team miles above them in the league and play 9 strikers?

Pulis is making the best of what he's got and doing well. Plus they scored 3 goals ffs.

Why is it that whenever we lose we suddenly can't pass, can't tackle, can't battle, can't handle the pressure etc.

If we win next week the same people will be saying we're boss.

We were shiite last night, yes, absolutely awful. But that's one game.

Puncheon and Bolasie weren't superb.

They were better than anything we offered, pulis got his tactics spot on last night.

On paper they are arguably one of the worst side's to play in this league but he has worked wonders since he took over

The players have proven they're good enough over the course of a season to do really well in this league. Last night, we were tactically beaten in terms of team selection and shape.

As you say, one game. The onus is on Martinez and the lads to ensure that's a one off and end the season as strongly as possible, as we're certainly capable of winning every game we have left - the question is whether we realise that capability or not.

what's the point in buying lukaku for 20m if you just let him stand up front like a land post, a sunday league defender could have marked him last night. We need to find a system that has him running onto the ball, like the arsenal game.

Last night was a very bad night, but if there's anyone you'd want to pick the players up and get them in the right frame of mind for the next game it's Martinez. The race for 4th is far from over IMO.

We weren't even terrible last night ffs, we were poor compared to our usual standard but only because Palace completely outdid us, they were brilliant. We were letting them break far too easily though and their badly average attacking players had the most clinical game of their lives.

Makes me laugh on here, every time we lose a game we're bottlers lol People love using that term don't they?

Hardly - it was rock, paper, scissors, stone. We went all out attack, they went all out defence.

We had choices in this - they had none. It was Hobson's choice for Pulis and he went for the only way he knows how to play - grock city on the edge of the box.

Did Crystal Palace harm you in a previous life mate?

This is what I saw at Goodison:

They got out of their half 4 times and scored in three of them.

They played a 9-1-0 which occasionally became a 9-0-1 formation. Not only that but 5 or 6 of the 9 were based in the D most of the time

They were good at what they came to do but were shockingly negative. Truly awful.

That's Pulis mate. Yeah he's done a good job rescuing Palace and it's fashionable to be singing his praises at the moment but the fact of it is he's a dinosaur.
