Agree - given that there is no club that is completely detached at the bottom this season, then the safety point is going to be much less than 40 points.

You can argue we shouldn't be in this position and I'd agree, but 35 points will be enough to stay in the Premiership.

A totally pathetic, unforgivable fall this season. Something needs looking into in the off season. I can see an unexpected win coming soon where people have penciled in a definite loss to ease the panic. Four points and a healthy goal difference is not panic stations yet...
