As in the real world/real life, it's a lot easier to get another job if you're already in a job, rather than unemployed/'a free agent'.

Personally I hope Jose gets his **** together and realise some of his potential and goes on to earn a decent living in football. Seems to me that he needs to stop ****ing about, acting churlish, feeling sorry for himself, buckle down and work hard i.e. grow up. Yes he's 20 yadda yadda but the opportunities that have presented themselves to him come when you're young and you'd have to be a complete bell not to grasp those opportunities with both hands and make the most of them. I imagine there are a few posters on here who played junior football to a good level, possibily trailed, signed S forms etc. who would have loved the opportunities that Baxter had.

Oh .. and a change of name (ala Ron Artett) wouldn't hurt either as "Jose Baxter" just sounds embarrassing
