Well that’s a bit more positive.
I’ve put the 500 paracetamol back in the cupboard

Don't see how we have any other choice, unfortunately.i would sell onana, branthwaite, pickford and doucoure in the summer and get the rebuild started
Don't worry Goat, if the club goes into Administration, a vulture, a shark or some other predatory financial organisation will pick us up on the cheap, and it will be the best thing to happen to the club since Kenwright shuffled of his mortal coil...But what if the club ceased to exist after Administration?
Think it's because turnover went down. Since it's a ratio, we could lower our wages, but if turnover also went down by enough, the ratio % would still go up.Im just dumbfounded how our wages to turnover has gone UP. We've lost SO many deadweight players on massive massive salaries, have more this year but....just how is it even possible for it to go up??
Oh yes they will! Hehejust hope the panel feel sorry for us ..
na they won’t!
Don't be surprised if our board have already sold it for a packet of Magic beans. For Christ sake don't sell Goodison park just yet. We may end up playing at Jericho lane.
Good and reasonable analysis that mate, just read all that on the link you posted.Well that’s a bit more positive.

Apocalypse now just started on Bbc2 as I'm reading this,
Opening song "This is the end"
Marlon Brando doing a magnificent Farhad Moshiri impression
Since these accounts (June 23), we have :-Think it's because turnover went down. Since it's a ratio, we could lower our wages, but if turnover also went down by enough, the ratio % would still go up.
You seem to be totally ignoring that we made a 50m profit on player sales "this year" and still posted a loss of 90million.Since these accounts (June 23), we have :-
Sold
Kean 50k 28m
Iwobi 120k 22m
Gray 25k 8m
Cannon 5k 7.5m
Simms 17k 6m
Nkounkou 19k 1.7m
Ishe Samuels Smith 4m
Released
Mina 120k
Davies 25k
Begovic 45k
Townsend 40k
Jean-Phillipe Gbamin 75k
Returned from loan
Coady 55k
Vinagre 24k
Sent out on loan
Holgate
Maupay
c£30m saved on wages from these players that have left, so from our accounts our gross wages is £159m, that would have reduced to £129m in 2024 accounts plus the players we have bought.... on top of that we received £77.2m in transfer fees.
These won`t appear in the accounts till June this year so I `m not sure a big sale will be needed from a PSR point of view this summer....
Then at the end of this season we have the following players leaving :-
Out of Contract
Gomes 113k
Alli 100k
Gueye 80k
Coleman 55k
Young 40k
End of Loan
Harrison 90k
Danjuma 53k
Just these out of contract and returning from loan will save us £30m per year.
Again if we can get out of this season as a PL team we will have much more wiggle room next season to rebuild.
