On Tuesday 22nd September, Goodison Park's Dixie Dean Suite was home to a very special party.
Grasping his telegram from the queen firmly in his hand, lifelong blue, Jim Mccudden arrived for his 100th birthday party.
His family had arranged for a special 3 course meal, followed by a special birthday cake.
After the meal and speeches, Jim was treated to a private tour of the stadium, including the changing rooms and then was taken out through the tunnel to Z Cars.
His family and friends had gathered in the director's box to cheer him on as he was led onto the pitch for photographs in his specially made number 100 shirt.
A great day was had by all and we look forward to seeing Jim at Goodison again soon.
