....... looking at that squad, I think RM fancies a proper tilt at this trophy. A win in Russia will go a long way to securing qualification to the knock-out stages.

So we should be. Seems really pointless trying to get into Europe all season to blow it with a weakened team..ala the Carling Cup

Get through then rotate once/if we've made it to the next stage

Robles
Browning Jagielka Alcaraz Garbutt
Besic Gibson
McGeady Osman Atsu
Eto'o
It'll surely be this near enough, not sure about the back 4 though. Possibly leave Baines in there.

As I posted in another thread, may be someone will be interested in:
Is there anyone who will arrive tomorrow?
Will be more then happy to help you to find a pub or to translate with locals (many of them hardly speaks English I am afraid!).
If someone can bring me an Everton programme, that will be great, I collect them. i ll buy you a pint or give you a money for the programme.
I will arrive to Krasnodar from my city of a Rostov on Don tomorrow.
P.S. We are on a European tour, European tour, European tour...

I worked in Rostov na donu many years ago and the people there were great.

Given the squad that's travelled, im going to amend my starting XI:

Robles

Browning Alcaraz Jagielka Garbutt

Gibson Besic

Atsu Osman McGeady

Eto'o

Rom, Oviedo & Hibbert should get time off the bench.
