You sure mate?

Held back massively by Moyes I think. And when fit Mancini used to give him a lot of playing time, which when you consider the players at his disposal tells you everything you need to know.

If he can stay fit (big if!), that £12 - 15M will look like astoundingly good business in years to come. Feel free to quote me on that one.

£20m mate, and I dont think he will ever stay fit. Same sort of injury everytime. Very Michael Owen esquei.

Wha? Moyes played him loads of times in a variety of different positions to try to let him show what he could do.

What, is this the same Moyes that played him 36 times in the 09/10 season when he was 19/20?

That Moyes?

Compared to the massive 11 appearances he made for Mankini

Just lol.

Did we actually get £20m for him? I read it was 12-15. If so I really can't see us accepting a similar amount for Fellaini just a year later when every team in the league has increased revenues.

How many starts? And how many sub appearances when we had tripe like Neville regularly starting CM?

You mean this Neville?

FA Premier League (6): 1995–96, 1996–97, 1998–99, 1999–2000, 2000–01, 2002–03
FA Cup (3): 1995–96, 1998–99, 2003–04
FA Community Shield (3): 1996, 1997, 2003
UEFA Champions League (1): 1998–99

That 1, yeah?

Go check yourself lad, just pointing out that your comment that he was 'held back' was bollocks given that he was on the pitch most weeks ffs.

Rodwell never progressed his game, positionaly he was awful at times & by the time he left not many were really arsed when he went to City & not many at City have been arsed by his game since.

How many of those did he win with us again?

Sticking a list up of the trophies a player won with another club as an argument that Neville was a better choice in CM than is baffling to be honest mate.

Is this supposed to be justification for all the times Neville started for us even though he was well past it?

Nah, the one we had, not the one who coasted along on the accomplishments of talented players.

Ignoring the fact that Rodwell played over 100 games for Everton whilst claiming Moyes "held him back" is beyind baffling, "mate".
