You go on virtually any forum for any PL team, all fans have the same gripe.

"our board are SO slow getting deals done!" (even Chelsea fans, I kid you not)

We have a passing interest in other teams business, we're actively and emotionally engaged in Evertons business. It's going to feel more painful and dragged out. In reality it isn't.

As for Bilal Toure, that's not on the recruitment team (who identified him last summer) that's on Kenwright who shat his pants and wanted premier league experience.
