Remember when Rodwell was boss at the start of the season?

He was putting in some great challenges and asserting himself more strongly by using a bit of aggression.

Then that [Poor language removed] Atkinson sent him off for a perfect tackle and it all went downhill from there.

That feels like a distant memory. He was doing pretty well.

I think he played there a few times before joining us, but I can't see him getting in front of Jelavic, Anichebe, Fellaini or Cahill, who would probably play there before him.

What's the story with Baxter lads? He is not on the trip with the rest of the squad. Is he on the way out?

Would like to see Rodders stamp some authority on the squad. Could be his last season. Barkeley maybe.

Think Baxter turned down a 2 year contract, not sure though.
