What or who do we actually need to sign?

Thinking about it, our squad next season looks like this:

Keepers - Howard Mucha
Right backs -Neville Hibbert Coleman
Centre backs - Jags Distin Heitinga Duffy, even Rodwell can play there!
Left backs - Baines Distin Neville and if worse comes to worse, we've got a good young lad in Garbutt
Midfielders - Osman Coleman Gueye Barkley Fellaini Gibson Rodwell Cahill Junior
Forwards - Jelavic Anichebe Vellios Silva

So realistically, we don't need that much!
First thing we need to sign Pienaar, end off.
After that, Diame? do we need him? Dempsey? Do we really need him? Not sure what Mr Moyes will do this summer, but his priority will be Pienaar and if he could snatch Diame, Moses and Dempsey, Christmas would be coming a few months early!

We'll go into the new season with a bit of confidence as were finishing the season well but we are still quite far off, as shown against Liverpool in the semi final. We need a new RB, a couple of wingers and a new centre forward but most importantly we need a creative player who can play behind Jelavic. That would give us a bit more but it won't be possible. We need to sell players to just get by, let alone new players.

I'll be suprised if Barkley makes that position his own as it's a high demand role for such a youngster who is on a big learning curve.

Besides the obvious (Dempsey, Pienaar), I'd like us to sign Mohamed Diame; when we were linked to him, I thought about it and came to the conclusion he'd make a good squad player. Our 4-2-3-1 system is working well recently, and while Jelavic, Pienaar and Fellaini have rightly taken plaudits, Darron Gibson and Phil Neville deserve credit too for shielding our defence.

Neville, though, doesn't have long left. Diame would be a good replacement for him when he retires (and is offered a coaching position, hopefully). Or, if Moyes decides to shift Fellaini there (honestly, I do think his best future is as a holding midfielder in the mold of Patrick Vieira), Diame would make good back up to him and Gibson.
