Bizarre imagery of Mike Walker telling Durrant he wasn't going to stay after his loan at a disco in Moat House Hotel. Reeks of Partridge

I was reading this book the other day

it states that when the big guy got sent to Barlinnie they made him wear the trousers of the 4ft actor who used to play "Wee Bernie" in Rab C. Nesbit,

absolutely heartbreaking

the one thing i completely appreciate as a fan is having that player to worship when i was young. None of the whole 'he is my favourite player', but an idol, someone who played for the badge.

Fast forward 10 years that player would have been Cahill no doubt, but he is not quite the same as ferguson. Ferguson is a dying breed in the days where the andy carrolls of the game are being sold around rather than being able to play for his own fans.
