The curse of the right back

What’s going on. Why have we still not managed to solve this issue.

Seamus Coleman, possibly our greatest of the past 20 years aside, we have seriously not got to grips of having a competent right back.

I don’t even know who are first choice right back is if everyone is fit and on form. We spent loads of money on some ned from Glasgow. Now we are playing some 12 toed blagger from Norfolk. Coleman is well past it and has been for years. We’ve even used Young as a right back against them lot at the pit in the year 2024.

Kopite kev needs to resign come September if he ain’t got us a competent right back(Luke ayling) for the championship campaign.

We've had options, even Oviedo.

Sometimes a new manager arrives and has to make a mark so culls who he thinks is easiest.

Everton FC, the home of managerial bullies.

I'd love to know just an ounce of what the logic here is from Dyche.

There can be absolutely no way that Godfrey offers more than Patterson when attacking.

Defensively there could be an argument there but the amount of times in recent weeks teams have focused on our right hand side and Godfrey has been turned inside out.
