I think he's realistic value now with the current injury is £10-£15m. But we know what he is capable of in a well performing Everton side.

If he can come back trouble free and we start playing some football again, it wont be long before he's knocking on Rio Ferdinands door for a place in the England team. Im sure if he wasn't out at the moment he'd be our captain whilst Phil's sidelined.

He's versatile, good reader, great tackler and has decent leadership skills. Maybe lacks total composure with the ball but thats a responsability the midfield should help with more. injury free value £20-£25m.
