Our Players Are Supposed to be Prem Level FFS

West Ham’s goalie had a worldie
I getbthat he made saves, but none were co.lletely unexpected. He only had to go the right way for the penalty, the Beto deflected chance he actually got a full hand to. The McNiel one after Harrisons cut back was the best of the lot, but only cause he got back up and across. McNiel put it in the only place the keeper could have got too and the whole goal was gaping. It was in all cases poor finishing by us, rather that heroic goalkeeping. We are simply not particularly adept at the art of goalscoring.

Manager gets loads of stick, some justified; but week in week out, these players make a catalogue of pathetic plays that cost us.

Their goalkeeper being man of the match says everything you need to know. We create chances but don't think these players are capable of finishing their tea let alone a chance.

3 awful dofs in a row

….but we know this one is a now a DoF without Moshiri/Kenwright interference and a process that allows Managers to bring in their own targets. Brands is certainly accountable, especially as a Board member but he has mitigation regarding transfer business.

Buying footballers who are comfortable in possession and can strike a ball should be basic requirement.

Definitely our finishing is relegation level. Players in total lower mid-table.

Finishing is Last Place, the rest of the play/team I'd comfortably midtable in a division with many weak sides.

Don't take your chances and you'll find yourself in our position which is a relegation fight.

Very rare I see a horrific performance, they're just not very good, which says more about the quality of the league than it does us.

as a club we don’t do anything with conviction, and that extends to scoring goals. Doucoure’s against Bournemouth is the last time anyone truly put their foot through a damn shot. You just dont see anyone even having a go for goal with one that rips past the post. We just don’t hit the ball hard enough. A team of nice lads who are just falling over themselves trying to be too nice.

Lukaku wasn’t a technically good finisher but a load of his goals came from him just walloping the ball as hard as possible on target, even when the keeper saved it loads of them went in. Calvert Lewin and Beto need an eternity to sort their feet out and when they do it’s some mis-hit duff shot that will stay out of the keeper gets anything at all on it.

Former Everton captain Tom Davies, who played 19 times for us last season, is currently warming the bench at Sheffield United
Exactly this... DCL, Gana and Young all regularly playing for us would be unused bench players at every other club in the PL.
