As a kid I hated Bobby Mimms. He just wasn't a patch on Southall. Reckon big nevs injury cost us the double that season.

Remember a televised game against spurs when he let one through his open hands… infact not sure if it was a game he was playing for spurs

Thomas Myhre is worth throwing in to the conversation. Don’t remember him ever being particularly good, and he made a right balls of Dion Dublin’s header in the Coventry game. After that foof Barmby had missed his penalty, that keeper error extended the excruciating last few minutes to what felt like a lifetime.

Myhre was excellent at first. Went massively off the boil later on but he was one of our better goalies around that era.

His debut performance against Leeds was one of the best I have ever seen.
