Not sure of the reason, but I did notice the RS didn't put names on their shirts in Australia last week either
 
Was the same at the last game. Tbh I doubt it makes any difference to ppl at the game. An you would hope that ppl watching it would hear the names on the commentary...
 
went to everton v colorado a few years back could not find one single thing everton ..let alone shirts etc
colorados rapids shop said they were given nothing..had to be 10,000 blues there

No excuse on Victor, but the pronunciation of Mirallas is correct for a South or Central American, and it is that version of Spanish the Americans are familiar with (presuming it was an American saying it). In Spain it would be pronounced (using English sounds) Me-ral-yass with the emphasis on the middle syllable.
