Some of our players really let him down, while he wasn't great, if he had a first 11 who all gave 100% this wouldn't of been as bad.
Frank was only a small part of the problem

Blame should be shared, but they couldn't score from the start of the season forward and I never felt like Lampard had another idea of how to solve the problem. It may be there is no solution with this roster but doing nothing different seemed to ensure the same result.

According to bobble the people at everton knew nothing about the sacking till they heard about it from the media and that the only way the media would have found out before them is if someone from Lampard camp leaked a story out to them. Whilst Lampard may no longer owe anything to everton after being sacked if he had allowed his agents to leak his sacking to the press before the club has been able to sort out the relevant media announcements about it then he clearly doesn’t love this club as much as he claims he does and he is not the mr nice guy everyone thought he was.

Moshiri done it without anyone knowing then it was leaked, why it took the club 4 hours to confirm what everyone in the world is anyone’s guess

Well we've been hiring and firing so quickly since mosh came in, an extra 4hrs on Lamps time as manager is quite a long time. and probably looks better in his books.

Quite Frankly crap when it’s all said and done. I wanted him to succeed because he wants to play the right way as a manager. He just doesn’t know how to properly run a team yet. Chelsea ran themselves whereas a club like us can’t do that. We don’t have the resources. He couldn’t adapt. Tough titties.

A nice guy who clearly fell in love with our great club and who did well to keep such a poor squad of players in the top-flight last season.

The frightening thing is is that the players really do seem to be giving their all. They’re just not good enough.

All we can do is get behind our players and our new manager (whenever he might be appointed) and hope for the best.

Certainly when we as fans were positive towards the end of last season we won almost every game.
Yup.

Lampard clearly gave up towards the end. He rarely used his options from the bench to prove a point to the board we needed reinforcements to win games. Most fans wanted him to succeed but he was not ready for this.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin can score goals. Yes he is gash at the moment but how many opportunities has he actually had to score? Lampards fault
Lampard's fault? How many games has DCL been fit to play?

We relied on Richarlison to score - but sold him to balance the books.

The result on the pitch was inevitable. How can you blame Lampard for that?

Anyone who rates and sign maupet n McNeil is big reason for our failure. We end up desperate to sign another striker and forward because of him. If he cannot identify the correct players with right attributes, he won’t be able to identify the reason why we are struggling. His is a bad manager simply as.

Beggars can't be choosers. If all there's left is McNeil and Maupay, then that's all there is, and the challenge is to make the most of it.

There are 18 games to go and 3pts off 14th. I'm disappointed because I think we'd have been able to stay up with him, and it's unnecessary to **** the bed right now.

Now we go through the cycle again.

It’s a big part of his job (and his team who he brought with him) to motivate those players to give 100%.

Players rightly get slaughtered for not putting a shift in, but that doesn’t give a manager a free ride. It’s his job to get the best out of them and there’s no way on earth anyone can say he did that.

I manage a small group of people. If they don’t perform, I get pulled for it and that’s totally right.
