Sustainability directly links to profit and loss. It’s not sustainable to lose £100m+ every single year, that’s sort of the point.

They're not going to give a points deduction. Can you imagine SKY Sports covering an Everton game when if Everton won it wouldn;t mean anything?

The devaluation of 'the product' wont allow for it. And that goes for any PL club if it happened. It's just not an outcome that will be on the table.

The only thing this 'can' do though is to undermine the relegation fight by distraction.
