Everton are set to complete Dwight McNeil deal. Full agreement with Burnley, fee could reach £19/20m add-ons included - Lampard trusts him as good talent for present and future. #EFC Medical ongoing, McNeil will follow Vinagre as new Everton signing very soon.
Trying to look at this in a positive light, he is young (22), was highly rated before his down year last year, and provides good crosses.

If we can get him doing a little more in a slightly better team, we can make a good profit on him in a couple of years

The problem is our entire squad is being built around "squad players" and "transitional signings".

If El Bobbles tweet is true, we are seriously a fair bit down our list IMO.

I see neither Idrissa or McNeill being our no 1 priorities when we finished in May.

Its back to the trenches lads, we're going  to be coming  under fire this season.
Or as @Bungle might say...'time to dust off your helmets, boys. We're going in!'

Still can't believe we are getting Barkley. What will it be: a loan means no chance getting any other Chelsea players on loan. On a free ? Cause would not pay any transfer fee

Surely Gueye’s too old now? Don’t get me wrong he was a great player for us and it’s scandalous that we never really replaced him. I will admit I trashed him when we signed him too and ended up looking the fool.
