It means he's not good enough for us, because FIFA are definitely, definitely very accurate with their player ratings. It means he won't actually surpass the standard of a League Two player.

Funny I was telling my brother this weekend that teams should look to pick off 18-19 year olds in the lower leagues who have the potential. Kinda like we did with Stones

always think for a club like us we should chance youngsters from the lower leagues as they are cheaper than signing established players
