Instead this money will be used for the club’s day-to-day spending, whether on transfers or other activities.

Everton will not just get £60m cash upfront. Instead, the deal means that a £60m funding pot is always available for Everton to dip into.

This is just because the PL have clamped down on loans from unknown sources like Vibrac, JG Funding etc.

Which is probably why Moshiri provided the interest free loan to cover the other debt.

So rather than getting loans from Philip Green and his mates we just have a massive credit facility that we can use to cover such spending when we know there will be income to cover that expenditure in the future.

But it's with a huge bank which shows that lenders have no issues with the Moshiri vision.

In the past we had issues with Barclay's etc getting increases on overdrafts which is why we went to dodgy shaded companies.
