Agree with every word.
When Lampard left, I honestly thought we were heading for the drop - and I'm an optimist. Don't forget that Dyche wasn't able to bring in a single new player that transfer window. Keeping us up last season was hugely...
While I'll be as desperate for a win as anybody, a draw wouldn't be such a disaster, with the home games against the Bees and the Blades still to come.
A clear example of the PL trying to bully the Commission into submission. If the PL wanted there to be a minimum sanction of 3 points then they should have considered creating a sanctions framework before they started enforcing the rules.
So the fact that Everton have already been penalised for two of the three accounting years gets us a penalty reduction of 40%. Why not 60% ?
They really are making this up as they gto along, aren't they ?
The reason why Everton's sanction was higher, according to the Judgment, is that incorrect information was supplied to the Premier League. So this seems to set the bar at 4 points for future sanctions, where there are no aggravating factors.
