So, forgive the ignorance here, under what circumstances would the directors put a company into administration?

Is it possible that if those that we owe money to, who also have an interest in purchasing the club (ie MSP?) could call debts in, and effectively force administration if we cannot repay?

They are capitalists. They want us for the very, very lowest price they can get. If forcing administration drops that price they won't give a flying one if they can make a quick buck at the end of it.
