Build a factory and then build a town around it

That's been quoted exactly on Twitter. It's just an industrial town, build a factory, build a place for the workers to live, nothing much to see, or do, but a town nonetheless, won't be a spectacular area like Nurnburg, but it's Germany, it's Everton it's going to be great. Seems like a 'small' club, in comparisons to your Moenchengladbach's, Bremen's, Hamburgs etc... But with a bit more history than your English version, similar to someone like Wigan, as they are relatively new.

Watch me get slated for the Wigan stance, but they're a relatively new club (70 years), not the best travelling support, and their town isn't the most vibrant.
