A few months back, I asked what Mrs R fancied for supper, and she wanted burgers. Then I asked her what with, she didnt know, so bought about 5 different toppings. She will have to make do with one of them.

In all seriousness, picked up a dinosaur sized pork chop from the butchers today, so going to pan fry that and have it with new potatoes with garlic/herb butter and some creamed leeks (Leeks sautéed in butter, garlic, salt + pepper, wholegrain mustard and cream)
