Player Valuation: £6m
My list:

Rolling Stones: Slane castle 1982

AC/DC: RDS Dublin 1982/ Point Depot Dublin 1996

Iron Maiden: Point depot Dublin 1990

I accidently saw Shakin' Stevens once back in the 80's. I was with a girl, pretty with fine norks and she didnt tell me where we were going. I couldnt tell you what he sang. Just that Emma was pretty with fine norks.

The Who twice at Wembley and for something a bit different, The Monkees, all of them in the 90's. Very enjoyable.

1. Nine Inch Nails - Manchester Apollo 2007.
2. Tool - M.E.N Arena 2007.
3. Nine Inch Nails & Janes Addiction - M.E.N Arena 2009.

The Rolling Stones at the O2 Arena.

Radiohead at Stoke Trentham Gardens (OK Computer Tour).

The Charlatans (have seen them 5 times can't choose an individual gig).

Honourable mentions also to The Who, James Brown, Suede & James.

Probably -

My Bloody Valentine, The Roundhouse, June 2008 - stands head and shoulders above any other. Absolutely mindblowing. Ears rang for about 3 days afterwards.

Spiritualized, Royal Albert Hall, October (I think) 1997

Nirvana, Reading Festival, August 1993

Radiohead - 1995 Liverpool Lomax - Secret warm up gig before touring The Bends
Prodigy and the Chemical Brothers - 1995 Blackpool Empress Ballroom (love that venue)
The White Stripes - 2005 Blackpool Empress Ballroom (see above)

That makes me laugh. Back in 1987 I really fancied this looker who was going to see Neil Young (I hate Neil Young) so I tagged along like a dog thinking she'd be impressed. End of gig: "See ya" -- man, I didn't even come close to a snog after enduring that bore fest. I skulked off feeling like a right [Poor language removed].

Remind me to neg you for that when I can give you rep again. Who the f*** hates Neil Young?

:)

The Coral, Manchester Academy
Hot Chip at some place in Leicester
Kings of Leon (before they went downhill) at a couple of festivals

My missus is a fair bit older than me - anyhoo, she had this boyfriend back in 1968 who was a Who fanatic. He took her to see them in the London Astoria - she was all hippy freak at the time and had no interest in the concert and doesn't remember a thing. I've grilled on this, as I still not convinced that she is not winding me up. I mean, The Who!!!!! and she's not interested. I'm dubious to say the least. I'm sure she is just saying that to piss me off. My brother in law, her brother, used to drink in the same pub as Roger Daltry in Hammersmith. Funny story: he said to Daltry: "You're good, Roger - but don't give up your day job, too many people trying to make it."

AC/DC - Sofia - 2010

Big 4 (Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax) - 2010

Trivium, Clawfinger, Sweet Savage, Heaven Shall Burn - early June, this year.

Trivium are great live.

I've seen all of the big four, but not as that concert, seperate. I think Overkill should be in the big four and not Anthrax.
