What i see in vic is a bit like collymore has all the talent to make it big but in his mind he does not believe it if we can tap into that we have some player

Not a chance, when people moan about how ****e Victor is I really think they don't know how lucky they are that they never saw Brett Angell, Tommy Johnson, John Spencer etc, or if they did they have forgotten how bad these players were.

Doyle is on a par with Victor so I dont see the point

the point being that Doyle is an outlet and can hold the ball up whereas Vic falls on his arse a lot - neither are going to bang in a sh1tload of goals

Honestly I'm not saying I rate Vic but he's suddenly looking half useful for the first time in years. Would be gutted to stick with the useless get for years of failiure and then dump him just as he comes good

No I wouldn't.

Anichebe has had plenty of criticism in the past - and much of it deserved. But in 2012 he has been much improved, never going to be a world beater, but can do a job for us. Offers us more than Doyle could.

After I got home from last night's match with Leyton Orient I had a look through the match thread were I found plenty of criticism of Anichebe's performance - from people who had listened to the game on the radio! Trust me he had a decent game, and never stopped working.

I was sitting next to a bloke who was convinced Anichebe had scored a hat trick until we talked him out of it. Despite the fact they announced the scorers by name he was positive that it was him who had scored the fifth goal and even more bizarely the first.
