There's only about 4-5 people who would know that as a fact so it's unlikely really, it's a fanciful guess by someone probably not even Mart.
Looking at the results of the voting, it's almost 50/50, so we can't even decide between ourselves!!

If indeed we do spend £20-25m on Lukaku i'd be amazed if we spent anymore money on permanent deals. Small amount of money left for wages + loan fees i'd imagine.
What townPS: if we signed Lukaku AND Bony I'd run round town with nothing but my Everton shirt on.

I think Tim Howard may differ on that point. If you try to make transfer fees make sense, your head will likely explode. Hope we get him back, that's all.
He isn't on that much wage wise with Chelsea.
