The best teams have a mini manager out there on the pitch somewhere. The better teams have at least 2 or 3 of these individuals. The one thing that convinces me of someone like MickNick's sensible words, is the fact Harry Redknapp, wanted Neville. Football is about a lot of things, and personally I think people should stop picking on Neville. He's well past it but he can put in 90 mins now and again, at least 10 times a season. Distin is also underrated, and underappreciated big time. He is gonna be a class manager this lad and I hope he gets a chance at Everton. He understands football and could be a great manager for this club in about 10 years.
