Worse Show to give up smoking to.

Mad Men.

I gave up 7 years ago really. Had the odd cigar, but nothing else really.

When I was giving up though all I could see was people smoking. Mad Men has people smoking on almost every frame.

Well with Patches your still smoking in a way, without the physical movements. However, it's worse because your getting teased without the pleasure.

So rather than me hand over £17 a week in patches I went cold turkey.

NHS do tablets Latch that my driving instructor swore by. Said he was on 40 a day, these tablets made him cringe at the thought of smoking.

He said they kept him up all night like, so more time to paint!

Posted via Mobile Device lol, everytime you visit the doc's nowdays they always ask you about your smoking, i was there a couple of months ago and i was told that they could give me the phone number of a couple from a nearby town that could help me quit' apparently they visit you in your home and have a 90% success rate, [Poor language removed] knows how they do it like short of hypnotising you !
