No one will say the World Cup, 100% guaranteed.

The question posed is a bit too simplistic. I think we need to throw another variable into the mix.

I propose: What would you prefer? Everton winning the FA Cup and Liverpool getting a CL spot or England getting to the quarter finals of the world cup. (NB: two of these 3 possible outcomes are very possible, the other?....)

It's more like a recital of oaths of loyalty, tbh.

We're all meant to line up and repeat how much we want everton to win and how an everton win is more important to us than anything else.

I mean it's true but a weird thing to want.
