I have a terrible strategy. I just write any word then, if I get a letter or two, I write a completely different second word that contains none of the letters from the first word. Something like SWEAR followed by CHIMP.

Seems like the info you get on those two means you get a decent hit rate on the third try though - unless Americans mess things up

This doesn't work if you have hard mode on. Can tell if someone uses it by the star on their results.
