So your headliner is banned and you cancel a whole festival? They deffo just cba putting it on.

He was headlining all three nights, sponsors pulled out, and anyone who replaced him was set up to fail

Makes sense. They'll take a year off and come back next summer with a more varied lineup.

Fun fact, I saw him at Wireless in 2014 in Birmingham and it was fun! That was the last time it was a good festival.

If they had the money for nights of Kanye, they have the money for some big replacements.

Wireless festival is a complete mess, Im not sure how it keeps going tbh

The headliners not getting into the UK is fairly normal for them, but normally it's a normal festival kind of thing so they get replaced last min by the Boy Better Know lot, who tend to be better anyway

They got away with drake last year but to think you'd get away with someone selling nazi t shirts on their own website is quite something

I get that artists will always chase publicity and notoriety. Kneecap being a good example of courting the headlines to get your name out there. I don’t see that in Kanye West though, he seems genuinely unhinged.

The music/ entertainment industry has turned a blind eye to many horrible actions and behaviours by headliners and high profile figures in the past and will continue to do so.
He’s a toxic numptey but he’s more out in the open than others out there.
