Who are we kidding , who wants to come to us now.????
Poison chalise, someone who knows the championship, can get us straight back.
No, if Frank gets £25million, Brocha,Galagher ,Idrissa plus a speedy winger hell be fine.Dominic Calvert-Lewin like a new signing.
Wish we could sell Keane , but cant now till Jan.
With players Frank will get us to midtsble this season, itll do.
No lo comprendo.

The problem with getting new players in under Frank is that if they underperform, we don't know if it's because they're crap, or it's a coaching issue. All I know is Doucoure form has dropped off a cliff since Lampard and Allan hardly gets a game. We don't score many goals and don't keep clean sheets. OK the goal scoring thing I'll say it's because of a lack of striker but the clean sheets issue is frustrating. Another set piece yesterday and nobody blames coaching but runs the 'individual mistakes' line again. If they replace the whole squad under Lampard and we're still poor people will say it's because the board are crap (which they are) but we have no idea what these new players ceilings are.

Feel sorry for Frank,he is trying to improve us from a defensive baseline and by and large we are looking better in that department,us being us we have already lost Godfrey,Mina and Holgate all for god knows how long,he now is left with either only Keane or possibly Coleman to play in a three, can't see him utilising the lad Welch yet,we are crying out for a protector in the Gueye mode which will hopefully unleash Onana in a more free role,we have to be patient, look at the bigger picture blues and where we are coming from re:the days of the FSW era,it is a hell of a task to turn us around, this fella has bought into us,he knows what we are about,he has ambition for us,but he can't change everything overnight.?

If I had seen that he had changed things somewhere else over a period of time id have more faith. At the moment you have to admit that it's blind faith as we have nothing to base his ability off that's similar to our situation.

Silva is currently 11th with Fulham & drew with the RS.....
So? Doesn't mean he was going to do the job here. That team were at a low when he eventually got the boot. Not the first, or last, of lows but he was a man bewildered by the task ahead and he looked it every time he stood on the side.

Also doesn't mean that Fulham won't get sucked into a relegation battle. We see this every year. Promoted team wins a few early games, everyone goes "woah, they're staying up this season" only for them to end up in relegation battle. Has he grown as a manager? We'll see.

Other than injuries the purpose of using substitutions in a game is to change how the team are playing and therefore are an extension of the managers tactics. If the centre forward is having no luck then you replace him with a fast one who can run in behind and you start playing through balls as apposed to long balls before. If your midfielder isn't getting time or is being over run then you bring some steel off the bench in the aim to get a foothold back in the middle and stop the other team playing through you.

The purpose of the above is that lampard currently cannot put out an attacking team to be able to win games due to the lack of attacking players who are competent enough over 90 minutes to be able to score and assist. Out two goals so far this season have come from long balls by both the keeper and the centre half and for all the huffing and puffing of the wingers who form out attack, it is blunt.

So for any fans criticising lampard and basing him on his tactics as well, he has no attacking shape due to lack of transfer activity which makes it extremely difficult to plan for a 90 minutes as that goal isn't expected. The reason for the above is that he also has no substitutions that can be called on to either change the fortunes of the team and change tactics as the subs who aren't good enough to start are also the same ones you want to sell for not being good enough.

Given we sack managers in a regular basis I would say any fan who is willing to criticise the manager given the circumstances he is under should really choose not to follow us anymore or at the very least keep their opinions to themselves until they are valid.

Simply because for all the negativity aimed his way by some fans , would also realise how out of his control this is if he walked away from the club on September 1st because of the lack of backing from the board to be able to have a 90 minute gameplan and his best attacking players not sold under him.
