Update on this.
Been watching them in and out of the box with bits of moss etc this morning, so pretty sure that they are actually building a nest in there. Obviously don't want to disturb them too much but I will take a look inside in the next few days and hopefully be able to take a picture once a week or so of any progress. ;)
Took a quick peek inside the shed box on Tuesday evening.

Plenty nesting materials been taken in there but no obvious construction.
I'm now wondering if I may have given them just too much floor space? (It's about 3 times bigger than a regular blue tit nesting box)
Will leave it another week before checking again.

They don’t line it with hair, feathers etc, until just before they’re due to start laying, which is normally mid April at the earliest.

Their breeding season is synched with the availability of things like caterpillars etc.

From past experience they will cover the base then make the nest in one of the corners, great pics mate.
