Martinez's interview on Sky just then was very classy, he even refused to take the "Fellaini should have been sent off" bait laid out by the interviewer and said he agreed with the ref's decision.

You can see how he failed the interview at the ****e.

Jags is good he just needs a partner to play up to his level and Heitinga isnt that guy at the mo. Distin is what we want there, he would have not got out paced for the 2nd Wigin goal, I cant have Heitinga too many times he has looked shaky this season. Also Wigans game plan was deffo to attack our RB when playing the ball and when countering it was to release that Kone (who was fantastic today) and it worked for both of there goals, we were more superior to them in the 2nd half than they were to us in the 1st and that is why we are all dissapointed, Id get Neville into RB with Gibbo taking his place in the midfield for the QPR game which will be tough as they will be fighting for Hughe's job or playing a blinder for there new manager Harry Redknapp, either way it will be tough and that is the major dissapointment that we have to wait 15 days to put it right in a very very tough game dispite what the league table says they are due a performance and the Evertonian in me says it will be against us.

Shocking refereeing.

Heitinga = poor game, but how fickle can people be? He was superb back end of last season and now he's being relegated to fouth choice CB...'too small', 'no pace', 'no positional sense'.

*sigh*

Negatives:

Coleman can't defend.

Neville is past it.

The ref was a gobshyte (what the fook was with the yellow for Anichebe? Figueroa launched himself, as did the player when Baines got booked)

Osman was gash.

Fellaini was fooking awful.

The linesman was a blert.

Pienaar didn't give us enough width today.

Mirallas did nothing.

Positives:

Leighton Baines is unbelievable.

How did we score any goals and not concede 10?

Howard - 7 No blame for either goal
Coleman - 6 Still learning, still early days, work in progress
Heitinga - 4 Just doesnt look interested for me, a shadow of last Season atm
Jagielka - 6 Chasing shadows at times
Baines - 10 Superb, utterly superb
Osman - 4 Was he playing?
Neville - 5 Meh
Mirallas - 7 Always busy
Pienaar - 8 The axis of sex on the left makes me happy
Fellaini - 6 Looked a bit sulky today, made a difference when moved back
Jelavic - 7 He slots, but cut that diving out lad, this is Everton

Distin - 7 Steadied the ship at the back
Anchiebe - 6 Never really got into the game
Naismith - 0 Daveks tip for the future

Heitinga had a bad game fair enough, he'll have more good than bad games.

And if Davek tells you to be opimistic then you better do it!

the only bright thing is we should have Darron Gibson back for the away game again QPR, we miss him big time
and seem to be letting in alot of goals since he went off hurt again west brom 7 i think
