Arteta is a terrible example though because after he took over they nosedived. If we were to do that under Rooney or Ferguson we’d be in the bottom three.

No they didn't they only lost one of his first eleven games up until the break for the first lockdown and they won the FA Cup at the end of the season I think we'd all bite your hand off for that now.

my worry about Martinez is theres quite a few things to sort out - and by that I mean its going to be difficult to not give him the job if he's told Belgium that hes going to Everton come what may. People wont want to jump through the hoops of organising his arrival, only for him to not get the job.

Lost 3 on the bounce...then won 7 out of 10 in all comps conceding 4 goals. Currently sit 5th.
