Who would we miss

We've got a few threads on players overrated/underrated and positions to strengthen...nothing on those potentially leaving.

I'm wondering of these players who would we miss (or not miss as the case may be) if they left in Jan or the Summer:

Im hoping we bring in a top keeper and a young player from the lower leagues to push him. A left winger and a striker would also see us looking a lot more balanced squad wise.

9 players out and 3 players in. Most of them cant get a game.

Sightings of the Lesser Spotted Pienaar (Godisgreatus Bainaar) are increasingly rare after the favoured habitat has been gradually eroded away.

The Hibbert (Noscoreforus Carpcatchem) has only been seen at waterside nesting sites in recent years.

The Aiden bird (Geadsjustgo Illdriveyoutheremyselfus) is practically extinct - prized as it is for its remarkable capacity to stand around and do nothing whilst amusing itself with a fairly pointless dance near the edge of the garden.

The Howard Bird (Touretta Nocleansheetus) is a cormorant type bird prone to erratic diving patterns - usually in the 'Pool area.

The Gibson (Darron Driveserraticus) is also a rare species - possibly endangered - not seen frequently in these parts.

The Osman (Leon Parvus) is a delicate tree-hopping bird that has adapted well to the harsh climate. Now thought to be less comfortable in its present habitat.

The Naismith (Hattrick Backonbenchum) is a native to the highlands and a distant relative to the Glasgee (Whoyelookinat Illsmashyafacein) which migrates to these warmer shores in winter months.

Not sure about these one year contract extensions.

Gibson -- pretty much always injured. Even when he's fit he's not going to be a starter so for the wages he's not worth it in my opinion.

Pienaar -- Surely he's finished?

Osman -- Cant see him getting a game.

.....every club needs a squad, every club needs fringe players. It's easy to list them and say who would we miss but we would miss all of them if we are down to the bare bones in that position. Generally speaking, if players leave they will need replacing. Basic stuff really.

I'd like to hope so too mate, when you consider our financial situation we can't and shouldn't be turning down that kind of money for a 29yo squad player who lets face it doesn't suit either the possession style Martinez loves or the counter attacking way we have been playing of late.

Same with any offer for any of the older fringe players really, January is a time we could be able to offload both Naismith and McGeady and free some wages and bring in some funds to get someone in who can improve the first team - same goes for Super Kev should a substantial 10-12m+ offer come in
