The Latch for me! Absolutely idolised the big man, but I always liked Mick Buckley and Davey Thomas too, outside of Everton it was Cruyff and Eusabio! The first tine I saw Cruyff it was like an epiphany, and I liked Eusabio dos everyone else loved Pele.

Alex young and the angel Gabriel, the Alex would just leave you,and defenders mesmerised, and jimmy Gabriel was the midfield dynamo, loved the way he got stuck in,bit mo besic you could say

Manager: David Moyes.

Players: Andrei Kanchelskis. Tim Cahill.

The haters, please don't kill me. I grow up watching Mike Walker, HK MK3 and WH Smith managing the team. I know he won nothing but Moyes helped the club to get some pride back in the league. I hope you understand, thanks.

Hmm, I guess my first was the mystical Golden Vision , but I never saw him play, so it would have to come from what is still a party piece recital of " Gordonwesttommyrightkeithnewtonhowardkendall, brianlabonecolinharveyjimmyhusbandalanball, joeyroylejohnjurstjohnnymorrisseyharrycatterick,Harry catterickharrycaterickharrycatterick etc". I loved the Holy Trinity, but those days I rolled my school shirts up above the elbow and did the same with my football shirt when I played. So when I realised Joe Royle did exactly the same when he played well there could be only one hero for me ...even if he did adopt my style :-)
