Who Most Urgently Needs To Be Replaced If We Want To Improve (Staff)?

Millions has been pumped into this team in recent years and yet we're going backwards because of how poorly we're ran. In your opinion which position should be the number 1 priority to replace in order to start moving forward?

DBB/Kenwrght, they should at least be seperate, Kenwright dosent need replaceing as he isnt really involved deep enough now to make any differance on anything apart from the ground.
And Moshiri isnt going until the ground is done, we are stuck with him for about 4 years

We don't need to "replace" Moshiri or Brands, but we need Brands to do his fn job without Kenwright and Moshiri overriding him. We need Moshiri to BTFO and let Brands or anyone else really do the job correctly.

It was said over and over again a few years back that it was ridiculous to think that Kenwright still had any serious influence.

He runs the show except no longer as Any accountability and can quite easily pass the book.
