Who makes signings?

One of our biggest problems in recent seasons has been poor signings, players have been bought and none of us knew who made them. Which idiot decided we needed Klassen and Sigs, but didn't need a replacement for Lukaku? So will Moyes make decisions on signings? Or will it be DOF, or Freidkins?

I think it’s very much a case of “ watch this space” , come the next transfer window we won’t have a DoF in place and presumably TFG will bring in a new structure with new people.

Moyes would seem to be completely in the driving seat for this summer at least.

We have new people with more to come trying to work within a new structure too so there are bound to be some hurdles and hiccups.

I have misgivings based on what appears to be emerging but they are more for the medium than the short term.

It does make sense with the amount of change and amount of work to be done that Moyes gets on with things and reports into Kinnear.

I think that will need to evolve though and what degree of influence the "head of recruitment" will have as a counterweight to Moyes will be important.
