Yup just down the rd from me this , the police investigation was shocking and the guy walked. Two little lads battered to death and no one ever caught!

Like a couple before have stated, I honestly cannot recall this episode.
I totally agree that if it happened today it would receive wall to wall coverage.
Whatever the past circumstances I sincerely hope that justice is served and the families can get some feeling of closure for their losses.

Horrible tale, but yet more hyperbolic clickbait from the Echo. 'Buried alive', when in fact they were just hidden under an old mattress. Is there any need for such sensationalism all the time?
