As a kid there was only one. I remember when I was about 12 I read that when Bally was a kid he had promised his dad that he would play for England before he was 21 (which of course he did)
I remember telling my dad (in all seriousness) that if he bought me the boots I wanted I promised that I would play for England.
I never played for England . . . but I blame my dad because (even after he stopped laughing) he never did buy me those boots.
