I think we can include Paul Hodge, Stuart Rimmer and Kieran Dowell in the Southport area list.

I'd have thought Kirkby would have produced more, but beyond Baines I dont know. For other clubs they've produced like. I suppose Kirkby is more associated with boxers.

I would guess that local Everton players predominantly came from the north end.

....I don’t think we should count Youth players, but Mark Ward is a shout for Huyton.

Osman is usually attributed to Huyton because he was raised there, but he was born in Wigan.

Darracott also for Huyton.

Baines and Stubbs are the only first team players I think of from this neck of the wood.

We had Jamie Jones, Cal McManaman, and Mark Hughes in the youth ranks as well.
