What's Your Favourite Spice ?

Chilli, either the fruit or the dried seeds/powder (spice) is essential, as is cumin and paprika BUT possibly the most used spice that I've not seen mentioned has to be black pepper. It must be in just about every kitchen.

Get through more cumin than anything else, so I guess it's that.

For a long time Mel C, annoying as owt but loved her spunkiness. Baby and Geri have aged like fine wines. Mel B is a nob and always has been. Posh lacks a brain.

Cumin is my favourite spice, but spices don’t really exist on their own. Can’t think of anything I’d make with only one spice? The holy trinity spice triumvirate is Cumin, Coriander and Paprika. But even then not much without chilli.
