What does Martinez need to do to regain your support?

With plenty wanting rid of the manager, and the tedious arguments in the Martinez thread becoming more and more circuitous, I thought it an interesting question.
If you want him gone, or are on the fence, what does he need to achieve to get you back onside?
For me it's simple, needs to win football games, particularly at home.
Don't care how he goes about it but needs to win and get results.
