Was it that cold up north today? It was 33C as I was driving back from Heathrow this afternoon. I was thinking a lot of things but winter was not one of them.

You have made my mouth water for a can of tomato soup though...

Ribs, pasta and baked beans

Baked Thai red curry mahi mahi on a bed of jasmin rice mixed with a load of spinach wilted down with red curry sauce, a bomb of garlic, salt, and pepper. Added somemore red curry sauce to the spinach and rice mixture to make it a little more creamy.

Absolute flavor bomb. Best thing I've ever made...plus I hid a bunch of green veggies!

Had been near London working all week got home late Thursday looking forward to the weekend, had a nice day out in Stirling yesterday with the missus and went for a lovely Indian lunch, had chicken chaat starter and a Lamb nentara main which was superb, went shopping then a bit of a pub crawl thereafter.

Got home about 7 opened a bottle of wine as you do, a bit later the need for carbs kicked in, I had frozen fish and chips with 6 mini sausage rolls and enjoyed them almost as much as the curry, why the sausage rolls? coz they were there
