I like all sorts really. I'm not really much a fan of genres on the whole, half the time I don't even what genre something's meant to be. Indie just happens to be my favourite I guess. It sounds boss and I like sweaty gigs with catchy songs

Alright GOT-ers. I know you lot are proper into your indie, so can anyone recommend me a band similar to any two or more of the following...

Foals, Modest Mouse, Mew, The Antlers, Biffy Clyro, Mumford & Sons, Neutral Milk Hotel.

Hardly similar bands, I know, but pretty much the only stuff close to indie I listen to.

I think a lot of those bands are pretty unique. I would suggest if you like Mumford & Sons to check out Stornoway. Alio and I are big on those guys. Pretty similar but better in my opinion.

Mew are in a class of their own.

My dad (I know sounds weird) recommended a duo called the Civil Wars, I doubted it, but they are quite decent.

Don't know if they fit in here though.

Anyone know of them?
